Delete your data

This is the data deletion page for TDSignal LLC. The path is /delete/.

The apps do not require an account. You can still ask us to delete personal information we are able to find.

Email a deletion request

How to ask

  1. Email tdsignal@yahoo.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Name the app: SportListen, ConserviListen, or PokeVault.
  3. Say what you want deleted. For example, emails you sent us, or PokeVault collection information stored with Firebase.
  4. For PokeVault, include any identifier the app shows you, if it shows one, and about when you used it.
  5. Use an email address we can reply to. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or photos of your identification.

We will reply by email. We aim to delete personal information we hold, and that we are not required to keep, within 30 days of a clear request. If we cannot find a record tied to you, we will say that.

What this request covers

  • Messages you sent to TDSignal LLC, such as support email.
  • PokeVault collection information we can find in Firebase.
  • Other personal information TDSignal holds and can match to your request.

What stays on your phone

Information that never left the device is removed when you uninstall the app, or when you clear its storage in Android settings. A CSV file you exported stays wherever you saved it. Delete that file yourself if you do not want it.

Subscriptions are separate

A deletion request does not cancel SportListen Premium, ConserviListen Pro, or PokeVault Pro. Cancel a subscription in the Google Play app. Google Play and RevenueCat keep purchase records under their own rules. We do not receive your full card number, and we cannot delete Google’s payment records for you.

Advertising ID

SportListen and ConserviListen use Google AdMob on the free version. To reset or delete the advertising ID, use your Android settings, usually under Google, then Ads. The labels vary by phone. That setting is on the device. It is not something we can switch from an email.

Providers we do not control

Google (including AdMob, Gemini, Firebase, and Google Play), RevenueCat, pokemontcg.io, and JustTCG handle some information under their own policies. We will tell you when a record is theirs rather than ours.

Children

The apps are not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent and you believe we have information from your child, email us with the subject “Data deletion request” and we will delete it.
